Editing a whole status

  • Step 1Here we see two violations because the driver took On Duty before completing 10 hours of Off Duty, So now he will edit his logs to adjust his On Duty Time to fix his logs.
  • Step 2 Lets have a look over 24th’s logs and check his last Off Duty Time for that day.
  • Step 3 Here as you can see his last status for 24th was Off Duty and to see the detailed time duration lets select Edit.
  • Step 4His last Off Duty status for 24th was 7 hours and 52 minutes and it continued to 25th, so lets check 25th’s data too.
  • Step 5So as we can see he was Off Duty for another 1 hr and 8 mins. on 25th so if we sum up the consecutive off duty time for both days it will be 9 hrs, the driver took on duty before completing 10hrs of consecutive off duty, so he had 2 violations, now lets fix his 25th logs by Editing it.
  • Step 6 Select the PreTtrip DVIR Status.
  • Step 7Here we need 1 hour of off duty to complete his 10 hr. reset, we can edit the PreDvir in two ways,a) we can update the whole PreTrip DVIR status to off duty, b) We can split the PreTrip DVIR, In this video we will show the first method.
  • Step 8 Select Off Duty From the list.
  • Step 9 Write the reason for which you are editing in the notes section (Optional).
  • Step 10 Make sure you dont use any special characters and select update.
  • Step 11 Select the “Circular Device”.
